We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectations anywhere in the world.

-How do you ship packages?

Packages shipped from our warehouse are shipped through USPS.

-Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Military Address Shipping: We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

-What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

*Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

-How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

  • The shipping time United States is 7-10 business days.
  • The international shipping time is 10-15 business days

*This doesn’t include our 2-3 days processing time.

Shipping Costs: We offer Free Shipping national and international.

Change Of Delivery Address: For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Items Not Received: All items are shipped by a traceable method. This means that if you do not receive your order, we can find out from the shipper where and when it was delivered. If you do not receive an item that UPS or the Post Office claims was delivered:

  1. Check with your neighbors. We have many cases where a neighbor has taken a package and forgotten to notify someone.
  2. If your package was left on your step and stolen, please file a police report. Send a copy of the report to your homeowner’s insurance company and the shipper. Your homeowner’s insurance may cover the cost of stolen items. If the shipper has a dishonest driver, this will alert them.

-Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.

Cancellations: If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched

Insurance: Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

-What about COVID-19?

In light of COVID-19, feedte is taking extensive precautions to ensure your safety and the safety of our employees. Our response team has enforced stringent measures at every step of your order and delivery process, through enhanced hygiene protocols that put you first.
